The Q Acoustics 3050c is an elegant floorstanding speaker in the high-quality Hi-Fi series that combines rich dynamics with fine detail. The cabinet, made in a slightly curved shape, hides powerful drivers and advanced internal damping without losing its slim profile. Thanks to a two-way design with two 142mm woofer/midrange drivers and a 22mm dome tweeter, a frequency response from 42Hz up to 30kHz is achieved – perfect for both epic film scores and delicate recordings.

At the bottom of each speaker is P2P (Point-to-Point) bracing, a system that binds together the most resonant-prone parts of the cabinet to greatly reduce unwanted standing waves. In addition, Helmholtz Pressure Equaliser (HPE) tubes work to break up internal standing waves and provide a smoother, more linear frequency response with minimal distortion.

The hermetically separated tweeter is mechanically freed from the movement of the woofers, which means that oscillations are not transmitted between the drivers. The result is a clean, detailed treble reproduction with no colouration from the bass. The speakers have a recommended amplifier power of 25-150 W and a sensitivity of 90 dB, making them easy to drive while handling high sound pressure levels effortlessly.

Each speaker measures 1,021 ×,315 × 316 mm (H×B×D, including spikes and stabilizer) and weighs 17.8 kg, providing stability and minimal cabinet resonance. The matte black finish finish is complemented by subtle satin metallic trim rings around the elements, creating a modern yet timeless aesthetic that blends into most interiors.
